Before placing an order, please familiarize yourself with our store
policy.
Copyright Policy:
You can sell or give away items that you produce with our designs.
However, you cannot sell or share the design file unless you purchase design
with copyright .
If you know someone who would like our designs, please ask them to
visit our web site.
Refund Policy:
We do not refund purchases on our e-designs, but we will provide technical
support.
We will except refund on art prints , if send within 15 days and undamaged.
Privacy Policy:
The information we collect from you will not under any circumstances be
revealed or given away to any third party except in the case of a subpoena
or another legal process. We will not keep any information about you longer
than necessary. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards
that comply with federal regulations to guard your personal information
Sale of Work through Art and Print Designs
Artists - Members are not obligated to sell work through "Art and Print
Designs" only . But in the event the buyer chooses to purchase work through
Art and Print Designs and not directly from the Member, the Member agrees
that Art and Print Designs will withhold a 15% commission. The Member will
be responsible for packing and shipping (FedEx is recommended) and will
pay shipping expense to the buyer. If the buyer uses the Art and Print
Designs Satisfaction Guarantee and decides not to finalize the purchase
of the work, the buyer must ship the work back to the Member within 5 business
days and the buyer will pay all shipping expenses. Any shipping expense
incurred by the Member in shipping to the buyer will be refunded to the
Member. All work sold must be insured by for shipping. |
