are our prices ranging between $6 and $1500?
Answer:
-To purchase a design for yourself to make a postcard,
picture or giclee (design printed on fabric) your price will be between
$6 and $60 depending on the size and artistic evaluation of the design.
-To purchase design for commercial use you have
to buy it with copyright. The price of copyright is $495 to
$1500.
Please be advised that copyright from "Fine Art" category
is not offered.

I
like the design from commercial category and want to buy it for myself.
Can I pay the lower price?
Answer:
Yes, your price will be the same as a price for art prints
$49.50.

Question: How do I order
your designs?
Answer:
Browse the catalog until you find the design(s) or art
peace you require. Click the button to add the product to your shopping
cart. Feel free to leave the site and come back later: the items in your
cart are stored for up to a year. When you feel you have everything that
you need, go to your shopping cart and click on "Check out". You will be
asked to choose a method of payment. We accept checks, PayPal and major
credit cards. You should receive a confirmation e-mail after you have paid.
The name of the company on your credit card statement will be artandprintdesigns
Question: How do I receive
my design(s)? Do I download them? Or will you send me a CD ?
Answer:
-If you order up to 5 designs they
will be sent to you by e-mail within 24 hours after receiving your payment.
-If you order more then 5 designs you
have a choice: We can sent it to you by e-mail or on a CD, in that case
you have to pay shipping and handling charges.
-If you order designs with copyright .
We will sent it on a CD, shipping and handling charges are included.
-Giclees and posters take 3day to a week
for delivery.
-If you order an art piece that we have available
immediately we will ship it to you within 24 hours.
Some of our pieces have to be made to order, in
that case you will be notified of the time frame after you make 50% deposit.
If you are not happy with the time frame we will refund your money within
3 days after we receive your disagreement notice and request for
the refund.
Our policy is to guarantee of satisfaction to our customers.
We ask that our artists do the same.
The deposit for made to order art pieces becomes unrefundable
3 days after we receive your confirmation of the order with agreement to
our time frame .
Question: How do I order
Art Print?
Answer:
Choose your design from any category click on poster
or print on canvas (giclee) option, if not available contact us by
e-mail, chose the size option and click on buy.
Unframed print on paper or canvas, rolled in a
tube is made to order and can be mounted to any standard mount board, for
framing without glass.
Question: What do I do if
the digital files are corrupted?
Answer:
Don't panic. Contact us immediately and we will help
you solve the problem.
Question: What is your refund
policy?
Answer:
We do not refund purchases on digital files, but we will
provide technical support. We guarantee only the quality of the files
and formats we provide. If you purchase our designs for conversion or resizing,
then you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for the quality
of the converted or resized files or failure to convert or to resize
them.
We will refund our prints, if send within 15 days.
Question:
What is your copyright policy?
Answer:
You can sell or give away items that you produce with
our designs. However, you cannot sell or share the design file, unless
you purchase it with copyright. If you know someone who would like
our designs, please ask them to visit our web site.
